Event registration will only be confirmed when full payment of the entry is received by the organisers and a confirmation email received by the participant.

Participants who have entered agreed, during the entry process, to abide by the rules and regulations of the event.

There will be no refunds for those who do not start the event, or for those who withdraw from it.

There will be limited on-the-day entries, which can be paid in cash only, and which will incur a late fee of $50. These entrants will not receive an event T-shirt.

There will be a race briefing shortly before the start and all participants must attend this briefing, no matter their start time, and must abide by the rules given in the briefing.

All participants must ensure their race number is clearly visible on their front.

Shirts/tops must be worn at all times.

The timing chip must be worn at all times. Team participants will be provided with one only timing chip, which is to be worn by the person who is running the first leg of the event. The timing chip will be passed on to the second and then the third participant, who will both wear the chip for their leg of the course. Team participants are required to wait at the designated team changeover area to receive the timing chip from their team member before they begin their leg of the event.

Participants must follow the rules and regulations and the instructions given by event officials, including volunteers. Failure to do so can risk disqualification.

Participants are to ensure that they have undertaken adequate training for their event and are well hydrated at the start of the event.

Participants must stop and seek assistance if they feel unwell during the event. Race officials may deem a participant physically incapable of continuing the event and may remove the participant from the event.

Race pack collection will be held at The Running Centre on Friday 1 September from 4:30pm – 6:30pm. There will be 20% off everything instore. If you can’t make it, you can collect your race pack at the cricket pitch from 6:45am to 7:20am.
